HAESIN CO., LTD. assembles and retrofits electric vehicles in Goheung-gun, Jeollanam-do — supplying electric cars and commercial vans to distributors, fleet operators and export partners.
Electric vehicles, assembled and finished in-house
Our plant combines electric vehicle assembly with ICE-to-EV retrofitting. That means we control the parts that matter most to reliability — battery-pack integration, high-voltage wiring, drive-motor mounting, controller calibration and final road testing — rather than passing a finished unit between third parties.
We work with established component suppliers while running our own fit-out, inspection and export preparation. The result for our partners is a shorter, more transparent supply chain: one point of contact from configuration to container loading, and a product that has been checked by the people who built it.

Six areas of in-house capability, from bare chassis to sealed container.
EV assembly
Chassis preparation, drivetrain installation, high-voltage harnessing, interior fit-out and final alignment on four EV platforms.
Retrofitting & conversion
Replacing combustion drivetrains with electric motors, controllers and battery packs, including LHD and RHD steering conversion.
Battery integration
LFP pack mounting, thermal management plumbing, BMS wiring and insulation verification — up to 56.2 kWh per vehicle.
Inspection & testing
High-voltage safety, insulation resistance, charging behaviour, brake and road testing, plus water-tightness checks.
Export & documentation
Export paperwork, container loading plans, spare-parts kits and multilingual technical files for your customs and service teams.
Aftersales support
OEM-grade spare parts, technician guidance and remote diagnostics to keep your vehicles on the road.
